All work and no play makes Jack a dull Boy!

I got a great picture from one of my buddies who has trained at Defiance in the past. He is out conducting Sniper Training. In the picture, he is the spotter that is sitting behind and to the right of the shooter. It looks like they have moved into and established their firing position and are waiting to take a shot on the target.
Stalking exercises are exhausting both mentally and physically, and I am glad that I am not wearing my ghille suit all cammy painted up! Well actually I am lying, that looks like a lot of fun. One Shot, One Kill!

RIP Java

Gym dog Java had to be put down Sunday night due to complications from a previously undiagnosed Von Wildebrands disease. Von Wildebrands is a clotting disorder that affects 73% of all Dobermans.
We will miss her. She was a good friend.

Ryan Doherty's Race car!

This is so cool! Ryan Doherty and his friends fixed up a cool BMW to race at the "24 hrs of Lemons":
24 Hours of LeMons is restricted to cars that were purchased, fixed up, and track-prepped for a total of $500 or less. http://www.24hoursoflemons.com/

Josh's stuntplane flying

Josh sent this cool picture of the Christen Eagle II which he was flying this last weekend. The original design it was adapted from is the Curtiss Pitts S-2.
